    Dog Acupressure?

Okay, so i haven't blogged about our dear old Jack for a long long long time.  but i've been a little busy working on a few sites.  I wish i could link them but they aren't really done.  Trust me folks, when i have them polished and sparkly i will make sure my trusty fans will be the first to know!  :)

i did however come across a decent site about dog acrupressure.  who would've thunk you can give your DOG acupressure?  this must be a total Eastside thing.  what's next, poodle massage?  oh wait, there's a page on that too!  . . . so, if you're feeling curious, check this out: http://www.luckydoghealth.com/dogacupressurechart.htm

Photosynthesis & other lies they teach us at school

Recently at work we gained another employee who now shares our office, which meant we had to make some more space for the guy.  My co-workers plant life collection was the fist thing that had to go.

But being the swell guy i am, i offered to give a few of these plants a good loving and nuturing home at the new place because in the last few months they've had a number of different homes - they were foster-plants really, and i was ready to adopt.

Little did i know all the lies they teach you in school
    1. Lie number one: taking care of plants is easy.
    2. Lie number two: it only takes water, soil, and sun.
    3. Lie number three: well, those are the only two really.  But they are the two that young boys build their botany dreams upon.  In fact, this is a border line conspiracy
Mrs. Harrison, if you are still out there surfing the sites of old students - know that i have figured out this little lie of yours.  Yes, we grew plants out of beans in 6th grade, but i presume you added special teacher growing powder after all of us left for the day.  What a dasterdly, wicked plan to say the least.

This makes me wonder if raising kids is as easy as every says.  good thing i'm not in any rush to find out.

Oh, yeah.  if anyone has any special teacher growing powder, i could really use some help with my spikey plant and the one with white edges around the leaves.
